Hutch Traver
I first learned about making rustic furniture as a child at a summer camp in New Jersey. My love of woodworking has continued to this day. I began producing fine rustic furniture under the trade name 'Coldfire Woodcraft' in 1973, making beds, bedroom suites, and accessories from dead Eastern Red Cedar trees and lumber. My work over the years has always included sculptural and relief carving along with my furniture creation and design. Carving has of late become my primary focus.
